Welcome to the Nevermiss family. This agreement governs the relationship between you ("User") and Nevermiss. By visiting nevermiss.cc or using our software, you accept these terms. We built Nevermiss for players who demand excellence - read carefully before joining us.
What is Nevermiss?
Nevermiss is a premium FiveM enhancement suite crafted for competitive PvP dominance. Our arsenal includes precision aimbot, advanced ESP, and cutting-edge features that evolve with every update. We don't just enhance your gameplay - we transform it.
System Requirements
Nevermiss runs exclusively on Windows 10 (20H2+) and Windows 11. Virtual machines (VMware, VirtualBox, Shadow) are not supported. Active internet connection required at all times. We cannot guarantee functionality on unsupported configurations.
Membership Tiers
Choose your path: Monthly ($60/mo) for full feature access, Quarterly ($150) for the smart saver, or Lifetime ($185) for permanent elite status. All transactions processed via our Discord server - join us to get started.
License Rules
One license, one user - no exceptions. Sharing, selling, or transferring your license is strictly forbidden. Violations result in permanent termination with no refund. Your license is your key to Nevermiss - protect it.
Forbidden Actions
The following will get you permanently banned: reverse engineering or decompiling our software, affiliation with anti-cheat or game development companies, attacking our infrastructure, using unauthorized payment methods. We have zero tolerance for these violations.
Risk Acknowledgment
Using Nevermiss is your choice and your responsibility. We do not accept liability for in-game bans, account suspensions, or any penalties. Our software is provided "as is" - we strive for excellence but cannot guarantee 100% undetectability.
Refund Policy
As a digital product, we do not offer standard refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing software use, contact our Discord support team. We'll do everything possible to resolve your issue or find a fair solution.
Account Security
Your account security is your responsibility. Never share your login credentials. Report any unauthorized access immediately. Keep community information confidential - what happens in Nevermiss, stays in Nevermiss.
License Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license without prior notice or explanation. This may occur due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or actions harmful to our community. Terminated licenses are not eligible for refunds.
Intellectual Property
The Nevermiss brand, logo, software, and all content are our exclusive property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited. When sharing Nevermiss content (videos/images), our logo must be visible.
Updates to Terms
We may update this agreement at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of Nevermiss after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check back periodically to stay informed.
