By accessing or using NeverMiss V2 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. License

Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription. You may not share, resell, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any component of the Service.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are final. No refunds are issued after purchase.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing your credentials or license with any third party.
• Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
• Reselling or redistributing access in any form.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. HWID Policy

Each license is bound to a single hardware profile. HWID resets may be offered at the sole discretion of NeverMiss staff. Abuse of HWID reset requests may result in account termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeverMiss and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
